Musician - Swedish & Irish traditional music
I mostly play traditional music (Irish and Swedish).My main musical instruments are the timber flute and tin whistle, and I also play the bodhrán drum.
I also sing (both accompanied and unaccompanied songs), and I like to lilt (or diddle) tunes.
I play traditional Irish music with a group called Blackthorn.
You can listen to some of our songs and tunes.
We sometimes play sessions of Irish music at the pub Bishop's Arms in Södermalm. Take a look at my page of what's going on in Irish music and dance in Stockholm to see when the next session is on.
I sometimes play Swedish music sessions in Skeppsholmen on Sunday nights.
