Einkorn (Triticum monococcum)
Enkorn Gotland
This einkorn wheat variety that was discovered in a field in Ardre in the island of Gotland in 1965. It is a winter variety that is sown in autumn. Grows to around 110 cm tall. I got this variety from the association Allkorn.
Note the anthocyanin colouring, which gives the seedling a brownish colour.
